Hello, and Welcome to Project Fit!

Rosie James is a Mum, Partner, Registered Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

My name is Rosie and I am a Registered Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I am also a Mum of two children and partner and am passionate about empowering ordinary people to live their best life through improving their health and fitness!

I have run a hugely successful Healthy Fat and Low Carb 12 Week Transformation programme out of my Personal Training Studio in Nelson. After lots of requests to run something online I am super excited to finally bring you the following two ebooks available here, as well as our Facebook support group so you can join the community and follow along at whatever stage you’re at in your fitness journey!
