Hi, I’m Anjie - your coach and biggest supporter.

I help busy individuals move, feel, and live better through personalised strength training and sustainable habits.

I’ve walked the path myself — from competitive gymnastics to martial arts, and burnout. These days, I train for energy, balance, and feeling good in my body. I know what it’s like to juggle life and still want to feel strong, capable, and connected to your goals.
