There are 3 groups – Monday 530pm, Wednesday 630pm and Thursday 630pm (contact me for the next start date). You must also be available for a body composition scan the Sunday prior to starting (appointment times booked on first in basis). Groups are limited to 10 people so I can offer support to you all individually.
